Had memorable stay with their outstanding services and the weather was wonderful. Truly enjoyed staying at the extremely spacious and airy room on ground level with walkout patios overlooking the garden. Good breakfast for wine was available...

The room was airy and neat with a large bathroom. It boasted stunning views of the lake. The hotel had very scenic location near to Laguna Bass fish restaurant near the boat jetty, the nature of the guest's injuries and the mighty Vembanad lake.
The hotel staff was busy.

The room itself was fairly quiet and had excellent views of lake. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, great night sleep. In general the service was excellent.

The rooms with a dining table, a very spacious toilet and the garden. Quick check-in, parking on-site. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. Particularly good and beautiful location, easy walk to everywhere.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel along the banks of a huge lake. The location was perfect, providing a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The staff was extremely courteous and always went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with a balcony facing a beautiful lagoon. In addition, the breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of options to choose from, including a live cooking counter. It was a truly enjoyable experience, and I look forward to returning.
All was well, no chance of complain.

The location, ambience and infrastructure
poor service, and handling of customers inadequate. A simple example - hand over the car ket to the front desk to park the car or bring the car- stock answer very polite - sorry sir, we dont have driver. anything you ask, sir we are understaffed!!. guess we expect more.

The friendliness and courteous staff is something that I will always remember. The location of this place can only be described after entering the huge main entrance. The landscaping and daily maintenance had kept the place amazingly beautiful. Excellent service during breakfast and wide spread of food that includes mixture of asian and western blend kept me to start my day.
The private pool areas require periodic pest control to keep tropical insects at bay. A signage that reads that pest control hsd already been done would have made us feel comfortable.

Had fantastic stay for 2 nights and the weather was wonderful. Appreciated staying at the extremely spacious and airy room with equally good washroom. Good breakfast with refill food was available.

Beautifully landscaped property with a lagoon, polite and helpful staff, clean rooms, delicious food, paddle boats and cycles for kids.
Felt completely happy, nothing to complain about.

We had a lovely Easter holiday at this hotel. The free massage and the Easter egg hunt for the kids were great additions to our stay. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the lagoon and lake. We also enjoyed the pool, which was clean and well-maintained.
The rooms were in dire need of renovation, with peeling paint and stains on the walls and carpets. The staff were friendly but poorly trained, and the service was not up to our expectations.

The Pool Villa, the facilities, the view of the Vembanad lake, the ambience and the service - all of these were just exceptional. Truly world-class.
The restaurant is by all means just mediocre, both in terms of variety of items on the menu and taste.

Beautiful grounds and setting, good service, nice rooms with great views.
Isolated, not much to do around the area, nowhere to walk or explore along the lagoon, food, drinks laundry and massages very expensive when compared to other similar hotels we visited in Kerala

Interesting Thanksgiving holiday, quite an experience. Can’t complain about the staff. They were flexible in allowing late check out for free. The food was quite good, the dessert and the wine. Key location in the middle of the city, close to nightlife. Nice room.
It’s quite noisy, as we were in the middle of the city. We couldn’t get much sleep with the traffic and loud music.
